A brief description about my journey so far...
I majored in Sociology at UC Berkeley and served as captain of our varsity track and field program. While attending the university I was a recipient of the Louise Patterson Student Athlete Award, which is given to student atheletes who show an active involvement in the community, maintain a scholarly GPA, and compete at the varsity level on a university sports team.
Graduating, as a first generation college student.
I joined StyleSeat as a customer success specialist, helping scale their customer success team during a time of massive growth. I personally handled 14,000+ tickets involving technical issues, general inquiries, and onboarding.
2015 Q4 Praise Award recepient; given to the CSS with the most positive praise logged from customers during the quarter.
I'm currently the Customer Success Manager at RangeMe. I help our customers (on both sides of the marketplace) to be the most successful on the platform. Responsible for creating customer content, onboarding, and managing T2-T3 account.
Surpassing all Q3 Supplier onboarding metrics by 10%+ within first 2 months.
Outside of work you can find me working on my side project allisha.co, hosting events that aim to connect women of color in the bay area, volunteering with Urban Ed Academy, or practicing/performing improv!
